A Retail Value Chain Strategist & eComm fulfillment design and implementation expert, Gary is a recognised as a thought leader in Supply Chain Management and Last Mile Logistics by the Retail Council of Canada and a speaker/panelist at their events.
His 30-year experience of retail logistics is notable for rapidly tackling and transforming underperforming distribution networks, alongside leadership within high growth organisations on a national and international basis. Gary has occupied many interim CFO, COO & CEO roles.
Gary has recently been on contract with Gordon Food Service working on their Last Mile Strategy and played a pivotal role in the early life support of the M&M Food Market business across Eastern Canada.
Gary holds two Master Degrees (MBA and MSc Supply Chain Management & Logistics) from Cranfield University, England and has developed his project management expertise through Prince2, MSP, and PMI. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He was recently awarded the James T Mackenzie award with CITT.
